REFUND/RETURN POLICY

All Products sold on the Site is covered under the Beauté de Luxxo 30 Days of Grace Period depending on the Products sold (“Return Policy”). Buyer may initiate the returns process by communicating with Beauté de Luxxo or Seller through the Site.

  1. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Products must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or a multi-Products pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to Products, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Beauté de Luxxo.
  • Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Beauté de Luxxo’s return and exchange policy above.

All returned Products must be shipped in its ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION, UNUSED, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED via PosLaju, GDex, DHL or equivalent standard courier company, to the following address:

  1. Application for Refund/Return

 

  • Buyer may, by completing the Online Return Form (if applicable) or other channel as Beauté de Luxxo will update from time to time via the Site, apply to return the purchased Products to Beauté de Luxxo or Seller in exchange for a replacement or a refund. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Products is returned to Beauté de Luxxo or Seller in no later than 7 calendar days from the delivery date, depending on the applicable Return Policy. For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer received the purchased Products to the post stamp date on the return parcel. In case of damaged Products, please contact Beauté de Luxxo within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.

Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Products in the following circumstances:

  • the Products delivered to Buyer is defective and/or damaged on delivery;
  • the Products has not been received by Buyer;
  • the Products delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Products; or
  • the Products delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order;

 

  • The application for return of purchased Products may also be subject to additional terms and conditions prescribed by Beauté de Luxxo on the Platform. Please see Help Center for further details.

 

  • Beauté de Luxxo will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful whereby Beauté de Luxxo shall not be obligated to entertain any appeal escalated by the Buyer.

 

  1. Liability of Return Shipping Fee

 

  • In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the Beauté de Luxxo’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong Products delivered to the Buyer), Beauté de Luxxo will bear Buyer’s return shipping fee.
  • In the scenario where both Beauté de Luxxo -Buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, Beauté de Luxxo at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.

 

  1. Refunds

Buyer will only be refunded after Beauté de Luxxo has received the returned Products. In the event where Beauté de Luxxo does not hear from Buyer within a specified time of 30 days of receiving the Products, Beauté de Luxxo will not be at liberty to refund the applicable sum to Buyer without further notice.  The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

If, having purchased Products or services on this Site, you are subsequently entitled to a refund for any reason in respect of such Products or services, you agree that Beauté de Luxxo will either (i) issue a Refund Coupon; or (ii) where the purchase was made using a credit card, credit the refund to the same credit card. We may require you to provide additional information thereto.
